  •  Advocating for a policy change with the CEO directly that positively impacted over 5,000 employees
  • Inspiring thousands to bring their whole selves to work, including their faith, through an internal podcast called Faith Behind the Magic
  • Pioneering efficient use of AI of my Disney team of 15 as well as the broader organization through training, coaching and support

My favorite phrase is, "Happy to help!" because it's true! I'm happy and willing to do anything to help those around me thrive. Whether that means mentoring, leading, teaching, architecting or writing scalable code, I'm committed to doing what it takes to grow as a team and organization.
